Carlsbad-based GenMark Diagnostics, a developer of molecular diagnostic systems, said Thursday that Paul Ross has been appointed as its Chief Financial Officer. Ross joins from Teledata Technology Solutions, and also has been at Meade Instruments Corp., Power-One, BP/Atlantic Richfield Co., and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
