Giiv Gets $2.3M

Los Angeles-based Giiv, a mobile gifting service, has raised $2.3M in a funding round, according to a recent regulatory filing from the firm. Details on the funding have not been disclosed, however, Richard Yen of Saban Ventures now sits on the company's board of directors. Giiv operates an online service which allows mobile phone and Internet users to send gifts to their friends. More information »
