Global ePoint Acquires Video Surveillance Provider
City of Industry-based Global ePoint, a manufacturer of security technology and digital video surveillance systems, said today that it has purchased Tops Digital Security, an Ontario, California-based video surveillance system provider. Terms were not disclosed. Tops provides enterprise video surveillance systems used in commercial, industrial, and government security markets. Global ePoint said that it expects the acquisition to generate $8M in revenue over the next 12 months. Global ePoint said it will integrate Tops' surveillance technology into its portfolio of products.
