Global IP Solutions Buys CrystalVoice
Santa Barbara-based CrystalVoice, which develops real-time, IP-based sound applications, has been acquired by San Francisco-based Global IP Solutions. Global IP Solutions said it has acquired CrystalVoice's security and packet management technology, and will offer CrystalVoice's products to enterprise organizations. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. CrystalVoice is venture backed by DFJ Frontier.
