Globat Acquires EntityHosting
Los Angeles-based Globat.com, a web hosting provider, said this morning that it has acquired San Diego-based EntityHosting.com in an all-cash deal. Terms were not disclosed. Entity provides shared web hosting to customers. Globat.com also provides similar web hosting services, which are popular with companies who do not want or need to maintain their own web host servers. Inexpensive web hosting services are typically tied with domain name registration and e-commerce tools.
