Homestore Targets Lead Generation
Westlake Village-based Homestore released a new, lead generation solution for Realtors yesterday. The company's new Top Marketer tool helps connect customers looking for information on residential real estate to Realtors. The new tool provides a home valuation tool for consumers, as well as connections into the company's network of web sites. Homestore said that the tool will give information on recent area home sales, medium home prices, and will then refer consumers on to local Realtors. Other features of the tool include lead alerts delivered to mobile phones, and remote access by an assistant to leads for followup.
