HONK Plans Integration With Towbook

Los Angeles-based roadside assistance and vehicle transportation app provider HONK announced today that it is exploring integrating its app with Towbook, a provider of cloud-based towing dispatch, impounds, and reporting. The company said it has begun testing the integration with partners, which enables them to receive, accept and manage HONK towing and roadside assistance jobs from within their Towbook system and get paid after job completion. The company said the availability of the integration at the moment is "for a limited time". HONK is led by CEO Corey Brundage; the company's app acts as a marketplace for towing and roadside assistance service for local towing providers, while providing a unified brand for those services for fleets, automotive OEMs, and others.
