HostedSupport Adds eBay Customer Support Solution

Los Angeles-based HostedSupport.com has rolled out a new, automated customer support solution for eBay. The provider of online customer support tools said that its new automated customer support solution automatically answers questions for eBay sellers, fielding basic questions about products listed on the popular eBay auction site. HostedSupport said that its new solution allows sellers to set up answers to common questions like shipping policies, product specifics, and then uses that information to automatically answer questions from buyers. The company is offering its hosted support solution for eBay at $9.95 per seat per month.
