Howard Lindzon Backs Embedly

Howard Lindzon, the CEO of San Diego-based StockTwits, has made another angel investment, this time in Embed.ly, a developer of tools that make it easier for web sites to embed content from other web sites. Embed.ly said it raised $450,000 in a new round of funding, which also included Social Leverage, Venture 51, Adam Schwartz, Betaworks, and Chris Sacca. Embed.ly said that StockTwits is one of the firm's customers. More information »
