    I-Flow Buys AcryMed

Lake Forest-based I-Flow, a developer of catheters and other drug delivery systems, said Thursday that it has agreed to acquire AcryMed, an Oregon-based developer of infection control and wound healing products. I-Flow said it would pay $25M in cash for the firm. AcryMed is a provider of products used with I-Flow's catheters. I-Flow said that AcryMed's Founder, CTO, and Chairman, Bruce Gibbins, along with its CEO and President, Jack McMaken, would join the firm as part of the acquisition.
