Inogen Expands In Cleveland
Goleta-based Inogen, which develops portable oxygen generators for treating respiratory issues like COPD in a home setting, said it is expanding in Cleveland, Ohio, with a new sales and service support location. The company said the additional facility will support growth in its direct-to-consumer line of business. Inogen said the new facility is expected to be operational in the second half of 2017. Inogen said it expands to add an additional 240 people in Cleveland over the next three years, in addition to a current sales force of 177 split between Goleta and Richardson, Texas. Inogen's oxygen concentrators replace bulky oxygen tanks for patients with breathing issues.
