San Diego-based Inovio Biomedical Corporation said yesterday that the firm has appointd Ng Tee Khiang to the firm's board. Khiang is co-founder, partner, and director of a number of firms, including Evia Capital Partners Pte. Ltd. and Evia Growth Opportunities Ltd.; Greenidea Technologies Pte. Ltd, Venture TDF Pte. Ltd, and Wing Huat Loong Pte. Ltd. Inovio Biomedical is developing DNA vaccines for cancers and infectious diseases.
