Inphi Corp, the developer of high speed analog semiconductors which has major operations in Westlake Village, said today that it has added Peter J. Simone to its board of directors. Simone also sits on the boards of Cymer, Monotype Imaging Holdings, Newport Corporation, and Veeco Instruments. He has previously served at SpeedFam-IPEC, Active Control Experts, and Xionics Document Technologies. Inphi has its corporate headquarters in Sunnyvale, but was started and continues to have operations in Westlake Village. The firm recently filed for an IPO.
