Inphi Raises $12.0M
Westlake Village-based Inphi, a developer of high speed precision semiconductors, has riased $12.0M, according to a regulatory filing. Inphi's investors include Mayfield, Tallwood Venture Capital, Walden International, and new investor Flextronics. A spokesperson for the company confirmed the funding and regulatory filing Friday, but declined any further comments on the details on the funding. Inphi develops Indium-Phosphide (InP) based semiconductors targeted at precision timing, optical communications, test instrumentation, and microwave applications.
