inQ Raises $5M

Los Angeles-based inQ said today that it has closed a $5M, Series D funding round. The round was led by Emergence Capital, and also included the company's existing investors, Partech International, Dolphin Equity Partners, and Hudson Ventures. socalTECH originally reported the funding round on August 13th. inQ provides outsourced, live chat services targeted at assisting sales to online shoppers. The firm offers live chat engagement when online users are browsing e-commerce web sites. More information »
