Inseego Delays 10-K Filing

San Diego-based Inseego Corp., which until recently was known as Novatel Wireless, said on Thursday that it has delayed its 10-K filing for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2016. The company says it has filed a form 12b-25 due to the delay, which it says came due to a delay in obtaining and compiling information required to be included in its 10-K. Inseego has been attempting to sell off its MiFi mobile broadband business and refocus on telematics and fleet management; the company rebranded in November after reaching a deal to sell its MiFi business to T.C.L. Industries Holdings (H.K.) Limited. The company has since been mired in reviews by the U.S. Committee on Foreign Investment In The United States (CFIUS).
