    Interchange Files For SB-2 IPO

Laguna Hills-based Interchange Corporation, a provider of online paid-search services, has filed for an IPO of up to $28.75M. The company reports earnings of $60,000 on revenues of $8.7M in 2003. Roth Capital Partners will act as lead on the offering. The company made the unusual move of filing an SB-2 rather than an S-1. An SB-2 is a filing for "small business issuers" and has not been popular with companies.
