Interlink Completes Investigation, Restatement
Camarillo-based Interlink Electronics said today that it has completed the independent investigation being conducted by Dorsey & Whitney LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP into its accounting. The company said in November that it was restating results due to material weaknesses in its accounting controls. Interlink said that the investigation did not reveal additional material items, and said that it will make restatements in its 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2005. The company has also applied to Nasdaq for an extension to file its late quarterly report.
