Interlink Faces Delisting

Camarillo-based Interlink Electronics, which earlier this month said that it would be unable to file timely 10-Q results, said yesterday that it has receive notice from the NASDAQ that it will be delisted November 25 if it does not take action to comply with NASDAQ market rules. The troubled company had restated results from the last two years, and had previously announced that its 10-Q quarterly report would be delayed due to further issues uncovered by the restatement. Interlink said that its Audit Committee has hired Dorsey & Whitney LLP, which has retained PricewaterhouseCoopers to perform an examination.
