Intermix Appoints Woodward to Board

Los Angeles-based Intermix Media said yesterday that it has added William Woodward to its board of directors. Woodward is Managing Director and founder of Anthem Venture Partneres, and founder of MacroMedia. Intermix recently received investment from Redpoint Ventures and set up an independent subsidiary, MySpace.com, focused on the social networking space and music. Woodward also sits on the board of Solarflare, Wavestream, Planet ATE, and others.
