International Rectifier Names EVP, Adds to Board

El Segundo-based International Rectifier, a provider of analog, digital, and mixed signal integrated circuits, said Thursday that it has appointed Donald Dancer as the firm's Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Dancer most recently was the firm's acting CEO since last August, and has been at the firm since 2002. International Rectifier said that Dancer will oversee International Rectifier’s legal, human resources, compliance, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations functions in the new position. Separately, the firm said that it has appointed Tom Lacey to its board of director. Lacey was most recently President of Flextronics International's Components Division, and also served at International DisplayWorks and Intel.
