    Interthinx Acquires Domus System


    Agoura Hills-based Interthinx, a unit of ISO, said today that the firm has acquired Los Angeles-based Domus System, a company that provides automated compliance and reporting services to the affordable housing industry. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The Domus System colections, maintains, and reports on resident and property data for the affordable housing industry,and is used by asset managers and affordable housing agencies. Interthinx said that the acquisition will increase its ability to develop innovative products. Interthinx provides automated fraud protection tools to the mortgage industry.
