    Interventional Spine Raises $24M


    Irvine-based Interventional Spine has raised $24M in a Series C financing, the firm disclosed today. The lead investor in the funding was Ascension Health Ventures, LLC, and also included Wexford Capital LLC, HBM BioVentures, Rock Creek Partners and affiliates, The MedFocus Fund, LLC, and a group of current investors. Interventional Spine is developing medical devices for the treatment of Degenerative Disc Disease and other spinal conditions.
