Los Angeles-based Invested.in, the developer of crowdfunding software, has inked a deal to power an Israeli crowdfunding site, JCrowd. According to Tel Aviv-based JCrowd, it has announced a new, Internet crowdfunding platform which is catering to Jewish and Israeli causes and starutps. JCrowd said it will help Jewish and Israeli themed projects with a way to create, promote, and manage online fundraising campaigns. The new site allows anyone to create a project and solicit donations from friends and others. Invested.in has been licensing out its product as a white-label platform to others, in addition to running its own crowdfunding site.
