Iomega Signs Agreement On Managed Services

San Diego-based Iomega announced this morning that it has entered into a strategic partnership with C I Host, a web hosting company, to market Iomega's firm's managed services products. Iomega also said that it has finalized its acquisition of San Diego-based CSCI, a provider of managed services and outsourced IT. The moves put Iomega squarely on the path to providing managed services to SMBs, and diversifying it away from its traditional, small business storage hardware. Iomega recently launched its OfficeScreen managed services for network security and VPN services, based on technology from CSCI.
