El Segundo-based International Rectifier said Monday that it has appointed Alex Garcia as the firm's Vice President of Compliance. Garcia joins the company from Nvidia Corporation, where he was Senior Director and Head of Internal Audit. Garcia also served at BEA Systems and Hewlett Packard.
