    iSuppli Buys Market Research Firm
    El Segundo-based iSuppli said Tuesday afternoon that it has acquired Wicht Technologie Consulting (WTC), a Munich, Germany-based market intelligence firm. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. iSuppli said it would use the acquisition to create a new photovoltaic and MEMS analysis service. Wicht Technologie provided market intelligence on photovoltaics, Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS), sensors and nanotechnology. iSuppli is an analyst firm which tracks the electronics and component industry.
