    Ixia Launches Software For VoIP Testing
    Calabasas-based Ixia has launched a new, software-only version of the company's IxVoice VoIP testing system, the firm said yesterday. The new IxVoice Lite software tests IMS and VoIP protocols. The firm said that the entry-level software is designed to test SIP, SCCP, H.323, and other voice-over-IP protocols, and can be used on individual workstations. Ixia is a provider of network testing hardware and software.
