j2 Global Swaps CFO

Los Angeles-based j2 Global has swapped its CFO, saying this morning that its current CFO, Kathleen Griggs, has departed from the position for personal reasons. j2 Global has appointed R. Scott Turicchi--its current President--as CFO. Turicchi has previously served as CFO of j2 Global. j2 Global said the move does not result from any disagreement with j2 Global on any matter relating to j2 Global’s operations, policies or practices. Griggs had been CFO of j2 Global since 2007, when she took over from Turicchi. j2 Global owns a wide range of electronic fax, email, cloud services, online backup, email marketing, and other services, in addition to owning publisher Ziff Davis.
