Los Angeles-based j2 Global Communications, a provider of online FAX and voice messaging services, said today that it has acquired YAC Limited, a provider of messaging services based in Ireland. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to j2 Global, YAC Limited provides its services to customers in the United Kingdom, including hosted messaging and communications, FAX to email, audio conferencing, and other services. j2 said the financial impact of the acquisition to the firm was immaterial.
