JAMDAT Files for IPO
Los Angeles-based JAMDAT Mobile has filed for an IPO. The company is looking to raise up to $86.25M. According to the company's IPO filing, it had a loss of $7.0M on revenues of $13.47M in 2003. For the three months ending March 31, the company earned 738,000 on revenues of $7.0M. JAMDAT develops wireless entertainment applications including games and ring tones. The offering is being underwritten by Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, and UBS Investment Bank.
