    JMAR Appoints Board Member
    San Diego-based JMAR Technologies said this week that Dr. Paul Gilman, founding director of the Oak Ridge Center for Advanced Studies (ORCAS), to its board. Gilman replaces Dr. John S. (Jack) Martinez. Gilman has also served as Assistant Administrator for the Office of Research and Development, the scientific and technological arm of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and also has been at Celera Genomics.
