JMAR Gets $2.1M Government Funding
San Diego-based JMAR Technologies has received $2.1M in funding from the US Government's Naval Air Warfare Center. The company said that the funding will go to developing X-Ray microscope and X-Ray nano probe research and development for next-generation lithography, helping to advance the next generation chip making technology. JMAR has existing funding from DARPA for its X-ray instruments, which can be used for both defense and commercial applications.
