THE POSITION (big opportunity)
BetterWorks is looking for successful Sales Executives that can leverage their relationships to successfully evangelize,
demonstrate and sell the BetterWorkÂs award-winning B2B platform. The company is looking for top performing sales
and business development athletes who have a track record of consistently exceeding their goals. As a Sales Executive
you'll focus on selling to businesses that employ 50 to 2000+ employees in Los Angeles/New York/San Francisco.

SpecificallyÂ

Â Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue quotas while helping the company achieve its goals.

Â Aggressively research markets, source and prospect new leads and follow through to secure and close new business.

Â Continuously generate, prospect, qualify and manage leads within target markets.

Â Engage potential clients via email, phone, WebEx and in-person as appropriate.

Â Help strategize, develop and execute lead generation plans and sales strategies for targeted markets.

Â Collaborate with team members to help continuously improve the pitch and overall sales process.

Â Report daily, weekly and monthly sales performance as needed.

Â Mentor and develop less experienced sales team members and be a player-coach when appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS (must haves)

Â EDUCATION: BA/BS preferred OR equivalent industry specific experience with a high-growth online
technology startup.

Â EXPERIENCE: 5 - 10+ years of strong inside and outside sales experience with a track record of exceeding
quotas. Selling HCM solutions/software/SaaS highly preferred!

Â Able to effectively handle a large volume of prospecting and cold calling in order to drive business and ramp
revenue for the company within target markets.

Â Proven success selling software platforms, SaaS or similar solutions to the mid-market sector.

Â Possess a book of business with the right decision makers and influencers to effectively pitch and sell
BetterWorksÂ products and services.

Â Previous experience calling on HR departments and/or C-level executives is a big plus!

Â Expertise using Salesforce.com and Jigsaw.

Â Able to effectively manage time, reach decision-makers and quickly determine opportunity potential.

Validate and test content being published via all digital channels. This includes understanding source HTML/CSS for proper format and values, proof reading for spelling and format, validating and testing content prior to publishing.
