JuiceCaster Adds Geotagging
Los Angeles-based Juicecaster said today that it has added new geotagging support for the firm's mobile social networking service. JuiceCaster said that pictures and videos that are send from its service now will automatically include location information. The new feature--initially available on Qualcomm BREW devices--automatically includes where photos and videos were taken. That new information can be searched and browsed by friends, the firm said, and the service will also notify users when someone updates their status in a nearby area. Juice Wireless is backed by Qualcomm, Citizenís Communications and 21 Ventures.
