JustFab, ShoeDazzle In Big Fashion Merger

Los Angeles-based fashion sites JustFab and ShoeDazzle said Wednesday that the two are in a definitive agreement to merge, bringing together two of LA's most watched fashion and subscription e-commerce sites. Financial details of the merger deal were not disclosed. According to the companies, the combined company expects to have over $400M in total sales in 2014. The companies said the combined company will help them to expand its customer base in the United States, accelerate international and category expansion, and also gain "scale and operational synergies". ShoeDazzle is led by Brian Lee, and JustFab is led by joint team Adam Goldenberg and Don Ressler. According to the companies, ShoeDazzle founder MJ Eng will continue to run ShoeDazzle, and Lee will join JustFab's board of directors.
