Kleiner EIR Joins GameFly Board
Scott Sassa, Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Kleiner, Perkins, Caulfield & Byers, has joined the board of directors for Santa Monica-based GameFly. GameFly, a Sequoia and Lehman-backed startup that is providing video game rental services, said that Sassa would join Michael Moritz of Sequoia, Gap.com President Toby Lenk, and Lehman Brothers Venture Capital's Tom Banahan on the board of directors. Sassa was the president and CEO of Friendster, and has also served at NBC.
