Monterey Park-based Kotura, a provider of silicon photonic components, said yesterday that it has named Wayne White as its Vice President of Operations. White joins the company from Forza Silicon, where he was VP of Operations. White has also served at Luxtera, Photobit, Hughes Aircraft, and Motorola Semiconductor Products.
