    Kotura Teams With Enablence
    Monterey Park-based Kotura, a provider of silicon photonics components, said that it has entered into a strategic joint development agreement with Enablence Technologies. Enablence is a provider of Fiber-to-the-Home components. The two said they are in a development agreement for the design and manufacture of silicon photonics devices for FTTH applications. Kotura is backed by ARCH Venture Partners, ComVentures, GF Private Equity Group, and Viterbi Group.
