Leap Adds Two Directors

San Diego-based Leap Wireless International, the firm which operates the Cricket mobile phone service, said Friday that it has nominated two new directors to its board. The firm said it has nominated Paula Kruger and Mark A. Leavitt to its board, replacing John H. Chapple and William A. Roper, Jr. Kruger is the CEO of Milano Worldwide Corporation, and previously served at Qwest Communications, Electronic Data Systems, Taylor Windfield, Heidrick & Struggles, Excel Communications, as well as other firms. Leavitt is at Piper Jaffray, and also has served at Jeffries & Company, RObertson Stephens, Prudential Securities, in addition to other experience.
