    Leap Wireless Cuts Positions In San Diego


    San Diego-based Leap Wireless, a provider of wireless communications services, said today that it is realigning its operations. It said it is centralizing its administrative field operations in Denver, Colorado. The move affects sales, marketing, and product development, and affects 35 San Diego-based employees. Leap said that some of those affected will be offered positions in Denver. Leap said that corporate functions, including accounting, human resources, and non-customer facing IT positions, will remain in San Diego.
