LegalZoom Files For IPO

Glendale-based LegalZoom has filed for an IPO, saying in a filing that it is looking to raise up to $100M in an IPO on the Nasdaq. The company says it is looking to trade under the symbol LZ. The IPO is being underwritten by J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Jefferies, JMP Securities, Raymond James, and William Blair. LegalZoom's largest shareholders are Francisco Partners, BSG, Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers, GPI Capital Gemini, and Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV).
