Pasadena-based LeisureLink, the developer of travel booking software for the vacation rental market, has been acquired by VacationRoost, which operates an online vacation rental marketplace. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. LeisureLink was venture backed by Clearstone Venture Partners and Mission Ventures, and also had received a strategic investment from Wyndham Worldwide. The company was led by Tom Lamb. According to VacationRoost, the combined vacation rental booking network of the companies is currently generating over $130M in annual vacation rental bookings. Clearstone's Jim Armstrong joins VacationRoost's Board of Directors as part of the deal.
