LifeProof Launches Cases Made Out Of Ocean Recycled Plastic

San Diego-based electronics accessories maker LifeProof has launched a new line of cases for the Apple Watch, AirPods, and AirPods Pro, which use plastic which has been removed from the ocean. Accrding to the company, its new accessories are made out of anywhere from 85 to 99 percent "ocean plastic yarn", plastic which has been made from recovered plastic in the oceans. The company did not say where it is sourcing that recycled plastic from. The company said the new products are available on its website.
