Linksys, Yahoo Team On Wireless Music
Irvine-based Linksys and Yahoo! Music have signed an agreement for the two firms to link their products. Linksys, a division of Cisco, and Yahoo said that they will integrate Yahoo! Music with the Linksys Wireless-G Music Bridge. The two companies have developed a software plug-in for Yahoo's product which directly links to the Linksys bridge. The plug in allows users to stream music directly from Yahoo! Music. The plug in is available fromm with a Yahoo Music Unlimited subscription. The Linksys music bridge, WMB54G has an estimated street price of $99.99.
