Irvine-based Local Corporation, which operates a network of online local business guides and related services, said today that it has named Peter Change as Vice President of Consumer Properties. Chang joins the company from BUZZMEDIA, where he was VP of Yield Management. Chang also has served at Freedom Interactive and IAC/InterActiveCorp.
