    LogicalApps Buys Software Line


    Irvine-based LogicalApps this morning announced that it has acquired a line of software from Applimation. The cash deal included intellectual property, customer licenses, and support contracts and employees for Applimation's Integra product line. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. LogicalApps is a provider of compliance software for the Oracle market. Applimation's Integra line provides compliance and governance software for the Oracle E-Business Suite.
