Logicube Buys IP Rights From Partner

Chatsworth-based Logicube, a developer of hard drive duplication and electronic forensics products, announced this morning that it has acquired the intellectual property behind its CellDEK technology. The firm had originally co-developed the technology--used to capture data from cell phones, PDAs, and GPS devices--along with Forensic Science Service. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The firm said the acquisition will give it full control over content, features, and functions of the technology, as well as world-wide sales and distribution of current and future products using the technology.
