Lunch.com Enhances Site

Los Angeles-based Lunch.com, the online social media and networking site headed by J.R. Johnson, told its users today that it has made a new set of updates to the service. According to Johnson, the site has just launched a new Questions feature, which allows users to ask others about information; moved up the prominence of its Discussions feature; and also improved its photo embedding tool. The Questions feature is much like Yahoo's questions and answers service, allowing users to ask any question on any topic. The enhancements come just a few months after Lunch.com added its own, virtual badges, much like the badges for Foursquare. Johnson last startup was VirtualTourist, which he sold to Expedia.
