    Lynx Ships Security Products

Calabasas-based Lynx Photonic Networks (www.lynxpn.com) said that it has added two new advanced systems for optical communication security. The company introduced a new system (the LL-3724) which monitors optical networks for physical intrusion, and which will switch traffic to alternate lines if any tapping is detected. The company also introduced a complimentary solution, the LL-3721, which is designed to allow government agencies to tap fiberoptic network lines without detection. Lynx is targeted financial institutions and government agencies with its tapping detection system, and clearly focused on government agencies for its optical network tapping technology.
